Ayiti Nou La Gala:  A Night of Culture, Connection, and Community

January 3rd, 2026

Epis of Haiti had the honor of vending at the Ayiti Nou La Gala, a celebration deeply rooted in Haitian pride, resilience, and community. Being in that room felt like stepping into a living tapestry of our culture: vibrant, soulful, and unbreakable.

We reconnected with old friends, shared stories, and felt the love from every corner. And to make the night even more unforgettable, legends Alan Cavé and Haitian Vlad lit up the stage with powerful performances, and then stopped by our booth to show support for Épis of Haiti. Moments like that remind us why we do this.

Most importantly, the gala raised over $72,000 to support critical needs in Haiti. When our community comes together, we move mountains.

Thank you Marie’s Kitchen of Love for inviting us.

Ayiti nou la. Ayiti pap janm pèdi.

We’re proud to be part of this mission.

Discussions on Food, Wellness, and Scalability at Sabbath Conference 2025 at Impact Fellowship Church

December 6th, 2025

At Impact Fellowship Church’s Shabbath Conference in Oakland, California, Epis of Haiti had the honor of sitting down with Pastor Trevor Cooper to share in a powerful conversation about how food is more than flavor…. It is health, heritage, and connection.

When you cook with our product for the first time, we want you to feel joy, warmth, and pride, like you’re bringing a piece of culture and wellness into your home. It’s about savoring authenticity while nourishing your body and spirit.

We also spoke about the challenge of balancing values with growth. In a world that pushes rapid scaling, we stay rooted in quality and integrity by:

• Honoring traditional methods while innovating responsibly
• Listening to our community and staying connected to their needs
• Choosing sustainable growth over shortcuts
• Remembering that every jar carries the story of Haiti and the families behind it

Growth is important, but never at the expense of the values that make Épis of Haiti what it is.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Sabbath Conference 2025.  You are part of this journey of health, heritage, and hope.

Thank you Pastor Cooper and Impact Fellowship Church for inviting us to this amazing, revitalizing event!

Epis of Haiti Brings the Flavor to Williams-Sonoma in Short Hills, New Jersey

November 8, 2025

Our pop-up shop and food tasting event at Williams-Sonoma in Short Hills, New Jersey was a beautiful success, filled with flavor, laughter, and love.

We cooked everything from juicy turkey and tender chicken to sizzling steak, savory meatballs, grilled veggies, and sweet plantains.  We paired it with some fiery Pikliz and hot sauce, we plan to release in 2026!  Every dish was elevated by our signature spice blends. Seeing guests light up with each bite reminded us why we do this.

Even more special? Reconnecting with family and friends who came out to support. The warmth, the stories, the shared pride turned this food tasting into a celebration.

We’re honored to represent Haiti through this platform. Our culture is rich, bold, and full of heart and Epis of Haiti is here to share that with the world.

Thank you to Williams-Sonoma for hosting us and for another successful event.

Thanks to every guest, including family and friends, who showed up with open hearts and hungry bellies, and to the incredible staff who made it all seamless.

A very special thanks to the Epis of Haiti Team.

This is just the beginning.

Guava Supper Club: Nourishing Conversations Among Founders

September 18, 2025

Guava Supper Club is more than a gathering — it's a space for founders to connect over the real, raw, and rewarding journey of entrepreneurship. From navigating setbacks to celebrating wins, this intimate event brings together innovators who understand the weight and wonder of building something from the ground up.

At its heart, Guava Supper Club is about community — sharing resources, advice, and experiences that can only come from walking the path of a founder. It's a place where honest conversations flourish, and meaningful connections are formed.

We were proud to sponsor this event through Epis of Haiti, sharing a taste of Haitian culture with a curated menu that guests truly enjoyed. Just as we believe in bold, soulful flavors, we also believe in bold, soulful conversations — and this evening delivered both.

It was an honor to help nourish not just the bodies of fellow entrepreneurs, but also the stories, dreams, and resilience that keep them going.

Recently, we had the privilege of supporting Daughters of Haiti-Chicago, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and uplifting women in the Haitian community by honoring their roots, fostering cultural pride, and inspiring future generations. This particular event focused on advocacy for women during childbirth.  Supporting this organization was not just an act of giving, but a heartfelt commitment to standing with and for women in their most vulnerable moments.
