This is easily the best epis on the market. I have tried others, but nothing compares. I appreciate how Epis of Haiti has captured the true flavors of Haiti. It is fresh and tasty. I am on my second order, with many more to come.
This epis marinade is the truth! My family received a jar in a gift basket we won at a raffle, and we’re already gearing up to place an order before this one is done. I used the marinade on fish that turned out sooo delicious. The flavor is distinctly reminiscent of my husband’s favorite home-cooked Haitian meals, and I’m sure it will be a staple in our home from now on.

I used it on sirloin steak strips for a sandwich I made for lunch. Looking forward to trying Épis All Purpose Seasoning with other recipes.
