Épis of Haiti: Carve & Share Board
Cut. Serve. Press. Share.
Crafted from rich, sustainable acacia wood, the Épis of Haiti: Carve & Share Board is more than just a cutting surface — it’s a versatile tool for the modern, mindful kitchen. Measuring 12” x 6”, this compact paddle-style board brings both function and beauty to your culinary rituals.
With dual-sided design, one flat side is perfect for serving charcuterie, cheeses, or prepping your favorite ingredients. Flip it over to reveal a subtly inset groove, ideal for slicing juicy meats and keeping flavors right where they belong — on the board, not your counter.
Need to press plantains? Buy two, and you’ve got a traditional-style plantain press, Haitian-inspired and kitchen-ready. A natural fiber rope loop on the handle allows for easy hanging and storage, so it's always within reach.
Whether you're carving steak, pressing plantains, or simply serving up something to share, the Carve & Share Boardbrings culture, craftsmanship, and community to every meal.

How to Maintain Your Board
To maintain your acacia cutting board, clean it with mild soap and water, dry it immediately, and regularly oil the surface with food-safe mineral oil to prevent cracking. Avoid soaking, extreme heat, and harsh chemicals, and sand the board occasionally to remove scratches and rough patches.
